CARVE® has married two of your most favorite words: Weekend Brunch! CARVE® will brighten your Saturdays and Sundays (11 am – 3 pm) with our all-day dinner menu or enjoy special features including brunch starters like Hashbrown Breakfast Pizza, brunch entrees from benedicts to chicken cordon bleu, and our smoky and slushy brunch cocktails.

CARVE®  Lunch

  • Smoked Strip Friday: We’re carving up something special Fridays from 11 AM to 5 PM. It’s Smoked Strip Friday Lunch featuring an 8 oz. smoked, sliced New York Strip served with mashed potatoes for $19 every Friday.
  • CARVE Lunch Board: Includes one mini Wagyu Meatloaf Cupcake, 4 oz. Salmon Verdad fillet, one Shrimp Brochette, one Hog Heaven medallion (bacon-wrapped pork belly), Wood-charred Asparagus, and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Prime Rib Thursday

CARVE®’s Caramelized Prime Rib Thursday Dinner features a 16 oz. Prime Rib mesquite-fired, then caramelized and crusted, topped with CARVE® Steak Butter and served with a twice-baked potato and creamy horseradish. Available Thursdays, 4 – CLOSE for $39 when ordered for Curbside Pick-Up or $49 for dine-in.


Every day from 3 PM – 6:30 PM for dine-in service, enjoy $2 off bar bites, “CARVE® pour” for wines on tap or by the glass, mixology cocktails, and beer on tap. Or enjoy The Happiest Hour at home with $2 off select bar bites TO-GO. Including Hog Heaven, Calamari Fritti, Vodka Dill Cured Salmon, Tenderloin Toast, Wood-Fired Shrimp Brochette, and Lobster Corn Dogs.
