- Smoked Strip Friday: We’re carving up something special Fridays from 11 AM to 5 PM. It’s Smoked Strip Friday Lunch featuring an 8 oz. smoked, sliced New York Strip served with mashed potatoes for $19 every Friday.

We have reinvented what prime rib can be with our Custom-Cut CARVE® Caramelized Prime Rib Thursday Dinner. Prime Rib, mesquite-fired and crusted, prepared to your preference from medium to well-done, then caramelized, topped with Carve Steak Butter and served with a twice-baked potato and creamy horseradish.
